Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the site.
* Supervise and support staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Train new staff members on procedures and best practices.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
* Daily cash up and safe checks.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality environment is preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
