Sales Support Executive – pharmaceutical Distribution - Luton based
£35k-45k (experience & skills dependent) + excellent benefits package
A successful, global pharma organisation is looking to engage with a Sales Support Executive to assist the Head of Distribution in implementing the sales process and ensuring contracts, timelines, deliveries and sales projections are met.
Sales Support Executive key responsibilities include
* Monthly sales reports & Projection
* Order Management
* Updating customers on Deliveries
* Monthly Forecast preparation
* Tender document support to customer
* Batch release tracking
* Response to Export order queries, share batch documents and other supporting documents for export sales
* Change Control initiation and actions
* Export order from filling and approval
* New Customer set up
* CPHI – Meetings setup
* Intra Europe stock transfer between customers
* Arranging Declarations
Sales Support Executive profile
* Degree in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals or similar
* Experience working in pharmaceutical distribution / wholesale across Europe, supporting the sales process from inception to completion.
* Experience in key account management, data input, order management, sales reports & projections, monthly forecast preparation and general administration
* Minimum 3-5yrs demonstrable success in a sales support role within Generic Pharmaceuticals organisation
* Experience producing sales reports & projections
* Order management, tender document support, batch release tracking experience
* Excellent IT & administrative capabilities
