The role The Undergraduate Recruitment Team – within the Division’s Student Journey team – are responsible for the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of the University’s undergraduate recruitment events, including the annual cycle of UCAS fairs, Open Days, Offer Holder Events, Campus Tours and Virtual events, with the aim of attracting and recruiting the best students to the University of Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, professional team working with key stakeholders inside and outside the University to lead on our post-application recruitment activity for prospective undergraduate students. What will you be doing? The postholder leads on the planning and delivery of our annual programme of post-application undergraduate events. This programme includes our offer holder days which attract around 4,000 visitors per event as well as campus tours, virtual tour provision and a range of other conversion activities. The post holder will also be responsible for undertaking competitor and marketplace research and making evidence-led continuous improvement to the programme of activity as well as line managing a small number of direct reports. You facilitate change in an evidence-based way and are comfortable analysis and interpreting data. You have experience managing complex and senior stakeholders groups and are able to build excellent relationships to achieve a shared goal. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to enthuse and enable those around you to support your aims. You are an effective collaborator and team player. You have excellent public speaking and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences.
