Talent Acquisition Administrator
Location: Hybrid working 1/2 days per week in Worthing
Perm/FTC: 9 month FTC
Hours: 37 hrs
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum based on experience

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator who will support the Talent Acquisition team in interview arranging and recruitment administration. This will include supporting on assessment days and speaking with candidates to arrange interviews. This is a pivotal role in the team and candidate experience should always be at the forefront of everything we do.
You will be a focussed, organised and thorough person with a meticulous approach to your work, good time management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A passion for good customer service is essential.
You will also gain experience supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners on screening calls and recruitment projects, where you can gain new skills and strengthen existing ones.
The ideal candidate will have some recruitment experience or experience in a fast-paced customer-focused administration role.
