Main Purpose of the Job:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and be responsible for the recruitment process for both permanent and temporary roles. By collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will develop thorough job descriptions and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintaining engaging recruitment content on multiple platforms.
You will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience, contributing to the development of recruitment best practices, and maintaining compliance with GDPR. Furthermore, you will build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, provide insightful recruitment metrics, and oversee invoicing and timesheet management related to recruitment activities.
