Shift patterns: Monday- Friday (Office Hours- latest finish time 18:00)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements at Ferrero, Daventry.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Tracking deliveries are meeting KPI's and reporting any delays to the customer
* Emailing and telephoning customers with reports and updates
* Chasing POD's and scanning
* Liaising with the Planning and Transport team

* Previous customer service experience (Essential)
* Computer Literacy
* Excellent communication skills
* Microsoft Excel skills
* Ability to be organized and complete multiple tasks required
