Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support and intervention to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to help students improve their academic performance
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
* Collaborate with classroom teachers and SENCO to ensure a coordinated approach to student support
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN in a school setting
* Knowledge of relevant SEN strategies and interventions
* A degree in Education or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in providing SEN support to primary school students
* Understanding of the UK education system and curriculum for Key Stage 2
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Experience in delivering intervention programmes tailored to individual student needs
