The role is to enable service users to remain independent in their own homes working to a person centred care support plan. Duties include personal care, medication administration, food and nutrition. Social inclusion including coffee afternoons, games and assisting to attend appointments. The vacancy is for a rota shift pattern to include every other weekend and evenings. All training will be provided, and previous experience is not required.
