Are you a passionate Social Worker ready to make a meaningful difference? At Danecourt School, we offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to support children with special educational needs (SEN) in a nurturing, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (term-time may be considered for the right candidate)
As a School-Based Social Worker, you’ll:
* Support pupils with emotional well-being and resilience strategies
* Work collaboratively with school staff to deliver personalised interventions
* Partner with families to provide advice and advocacy
* Liaise with external professionals to coordinate holistic support
What We’re Looking For:
A Social Worker who is:
* Qualified and registered with Social Work England
* Experienced in working with children, especially those with SEN
* Skilled at building strong relationships with families and partners
* Empathetic, proactive, and driven to create positive change
