The Role: As the Lead Practice Nurse, you’ll oversee a talented nursing team, lead the treatment room's daily operations, and uphold exceptional care standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing and mentoring a team of experienced nurses, HCAs, and trainees. Providing expert care in diabetes management and contraceptive services (training available). Working closely with GPs and staff to improve and innovate patient services. Balancing clinical responsibilities with reduced admin, supported by the team. About You: A Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Experienced in or keen to develop expertise in diabetes and contraceptive services.
