Sales isn’t a dirty word and you understand that for any business it's the sales engine that drives them forward to success. And above all you know sales doesn’t mean salesy.
You’re proactive, always willing to try something new and love creating a hypothesis of what will draw a prospect in for a conversation across multiple channels and know the advantages and disadvantages of different channels. Especially cold outreach. But driven to turn that thinking into actions because you’re driven to deliver outcomes.
You’re performance and optimisation obsessed and see the answer to creating demand for our clients like Neo from the Matrix. But despite being a strategic whizz, you’re incredibly pragmatic and understand how to activate your thinking in practical ways.
Seeing the chance to leverage analytics and metrics alongside the ability to create persuasive copy is why you do what you do and you’re always keen to test new ideas but equally let them fail.
Confidence in sparking up conversations with new people, talking a senior client audience and helping them get done what's needed is all part and parcel of how we deliver results.

A bit about the role
This is a mid-level position with the chance for progression in our fast moving business, that needs someone that can bring experience, expertise, and an attitude based around quality delivery. Above all we want someone that can grow with us.
We need someone that understands sales. What it takes to get someone's attention through outbound channels and can get to grips with our clients business and their proposition quickly.
Our new team mate will be innovative, thrive in a test and learn environment and be able to bring new ideas and crisp clean writing with genuine personality that’s human and doesn't sound boring or like it's been written by AI.
So, what will you be doing?
Working closely with our Head of Demand Generation, your critical responsibilities include:
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Owning management of live client campaigns (LinkedIn and Email)
* Coming up with new campaign ideas and bringing them to life through your writing skills
* Managing the day-to-day client relationship and being part of the strategic direction for their business
* Owning metric reporting activity and performance tracking for client campaigns (LinkedIn and Email)
* Collaborating with clients and our team to provide analytical oversight and clarity over ongoing performance, flagging issues proactively
* Working internally and directly with clients to provide feedback and recommendations for campaign success
Supporting the medium-term growth plan
* Understanding how we use campaigns to innovate inside the sales funnel
* Evolving our approach to demand generation and best practice
* Leading client relationships and driving value in their sales engine
* Researching and mastering relevant campaign mgt tools and software
* Becoming a trainer and supporting knowledge transfer to our clients
Being involved in the longer-term growth strategy
* Be part of setting our own growth agenda
* Representing our business out in the market
* Supporting our growth as a future leader in the market
