A well established business based in the heart of Beaconsfield is currently looking for a finance assistant to come into their modern offices and add value in the following areas:
* Recording all invoices onto the system and ensuring all information is correct
* Managing business queries, billing dates & contracts
* Speaking with suppliers to resolve questions, managing statements and sorting credits & refunds
* Acting as a point of call to certain suppliers & reviewing contracts
* Reporting into the Head of finance & involved in ad-hoc tasks (Bank recs & analysis)
* Providing support to the wider finance team by posting journals for different accounts
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in a busy administrative position
* Strong numeracy skills
* Strong excel skills (Pivot tables/Vlookups)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organised
