The Quality Auditor works within the Quality environment and is responsible for performing Internal Audits on Operations, Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness.
The Quality Auditor supports the MFTS Quality Manager in Safety Management Systems activities and promotes Airbus Safety and Just Culture ethos.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Auditing and reporting on performance in daily operations within the scope of EASA CAA Regulations.
2. Applying corrective/preventative actions to internal audits.
3. Inputting data to Quality Department databases.
Good working understanding of applicable aviation regulations and accreditations EASA.
Qualifications:
Essential:
1. ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent.
Desirable:
1. Experience working in Military Aviation.
2. Initial Human Factors certificate holder.
3. Formalised EASA Part 145 and/or Part M training.
Experience:
Essential:
1. Experience in a regulated aviation environment in a 'quality function'.
2. Experience as an Auditor including audit report writing.
Desirable:
1. Engineering experience in a regulated aviation environment.
2. Experience working with Envision databases.
3. Experience of EASA and MAA Occurrence Reporting.
4. Experience of QMS in EASA Part 145 and Part M environments.
