As Missoma’s Jeweller within our brand new London Store, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of our customers’ journey. You will be tasked with delivering our bespoke welding customer experience, enabling our customers to have a piece of Missoma with them forever in the form of permanent bracelets, while being a brand ambassador creating an environment that encompasses our core values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome customers through maintaining an upbeat, warm, helpful and authentically Missoma environment.
2. Be a Missoma ambassador; offer style advice, educate customers on the brand and our ethos, share personal experiences and honest feedback, while helping each customer choose the right product(s) for them.
3. Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly weld permanent jewellery, including bracelets onto our customers' wrists.
4. Nurture and develop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers, and advise them on the welding process during their appointment.
5. Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, engaging with customers at every touchpoint with a friendly and thoughtful approach.
6. Adhere to all health and safety procedures when using the welding machinery and equipment.
7. Be responsible for the accuracy of welding stock items, supporting with inventory checks when required.
8. Keep the equipment and services area clean and tidy at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
9. Become an expert on all Missoma products, with an active working knowledge of product basics, styles, materials, collections, and aftercare.
10. This role is suitable for any Jewellers with welding or soldering experience and an interest in jewellery.
11. A clean, professional, and service-oriented approach.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, employees, and management.
13. Consistently elevate the customer experience by being proactive, approachable, positive, and engaging.
14. Ability to identify each customer’s unique needs and tailor your customer service approach.
15. Commercial drive to achieve store targets.
