We are looking for a highly analytical Assistant Merchandiser to join the team here at Phase Eight.
The Assistant Merchandiser will play a crucial role in assisting the wider Merchandising and Buying team to drive commercial success and maximise profitability.
Key Accountabilities
* Data Analysis: Utilise Excel skills to analyse vast amounts of numerical data and extract meaningful insights, advising the Merchandiser on commercial actions.
* WSSI Management: Demonstrate previous experience managing and reforecasting WSSIs, managing OTB for the department.
* Commercial Acumen: Applying a highly analytical and commercial mindset to decision-making to ensure sales are optimised.
* Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Buying, Supply Chain and the DC to foster a collaborative work environment.
About You
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join the Phase Eight team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and have a proven ability to analyse large datasets effectively. The Assistant Merchandiser will apply a highly analytical and commercial mindset to decision-making and work effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative way of working.
