We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our Corporate team!
We are looking for an individual who is hard working and powered on delivering tangible results and displays a desire to be an integral part of the growth of the team.
Previous legal experience is essential for this role, ideally from a Corporate background.
What you'll be doing but not limited to:
1. Preparing and reviewing board minutes.
2. Dealing with security registrations and releases.
3. Drafting and reviewing short form loan agreements.
4. Responsible for dealing with general CP management (including picking up closing searches and corporate due diligence).
5. Drafting post transaction wrap up reports.
