Randstad has partnered exclusively with an independently owned centre in Brighton. The centre is at full capacity and has a fantastic reputation within the community. They are looking for their next educator who is bubbly, passionate, and truly cares about the industry.

The Role:
Your role will be as a Working Towards or fully qualified Certificate III or Diploma Educator, and you will be responsible for:
* Implementing play-based educational programs in the room, allowing freedom to explore as well as guiding children through planned experiences.
* Working closely with the Centre Director and off-floor management team to lead and guide other educators to provide the best learning outcomes for children.
* Building warm, respectful, and responsive relationships with the children and maintaining established relationships with families.

About you:
To be successful in this position, you must have:
* Studying towards the below qualifications and must commit to completing the traineeship within 18 months - these roles will be paid as unqualified.
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR an ACECQA equivalent qualification.
* A current Working with Children’s Check.
* Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
