Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support our sales team in managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, and enabling high levels of prospect and customer satisfaction. This role would be ideal for graduates looking to jump start their career. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with administrative tasks related to our sales process. Prepare and assist sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports. Help maintain and update customer or prospect company, contact and deal records in our CRM system. Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team. Track and monitor orders and working with the operations and finance team to ensure timely processing and delivery. Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations. Helping to run reports of Sales CRM data, in advance of sales meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Attendance of weekly sales calls and initiatives. Aiding Marketing to implement relevant campaigns. Attendance of quarterly Sales and Marketing meetings, to connect with team members. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft / Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Attributes Detail-oriented and proactive. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism and integrity. A previous understanding of SAP products and services would be advantageous but not essential. Hold a business degree, although this is not essential. Team player. Extremely organised.
