Business Process Manager

Location: Remote

IR35: Inside

Job Type: 3-month contract (with possibility of extension)

We’re looking for a Business Process Manager to join our clients' dynamic team.

If you’re passionate about optimising processes, leading transformation initiatives, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Revolutionise business processes across IT, Finance, HR, Construction, and Planning within the FTTH / FTTP / Telecoms sector.
* Challenge and refine "as-is" and "to-be" process designs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
* Apply LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
* Model processes to support process mining and RPA initiatives.
* Develop prioritisation documents and executive-level proposals to influence key decisions.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships, aligning processes with business strategy and automation opportunities.
* Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring high-quality output and career growth.

What You Need to Succeed:

Essential:

* Lean Practitioner certification.
* Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation (BPMN2 standards).
* Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., Signavio).
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to evaluate and enhance business processes in a high-growth organisation.
* Leadership experience, developing and guiding teams.

Nice-to-Have:

* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or above).
* Process Mining expertise.
* Experience in telecoms, construction, or fast-moving industries.
* Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from process flows.
* Familiarity with automation and RPA opportunities.
* UK driving licence.
