About Bray Leino Media
Bray Leino Media are a highly experienced team of media professionals, media & communications planners, strategists and channel specialists responsible for media trading. We cover all channels on and off-line, print, digital, out of home, radio, cinema and TV as well as creative media solutions and partnerships. We work with clients as part of a ‘full service’ in conjunction with the Bray Leino creative offering, as well as media only business, working with clients direct.
Role
About the role:
As a Biddable Media Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. Your main focus will be to assist in delivering high-performing campaigns that drive business results, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous performance improvements.
You’ll help set up and manage paid media campaigns that aim to meet key performance indicators like conversions, CPA, ROAS, and reach. Monitoring campaign performance will be a big part of your day-to-day, using data insights to make recommendations that improve campaign efficiency. You’ll also support budget management, ensuring bid strategies and pacing are optimised to maximise ROI.
Audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing will all be part of your role as you work to refine and improve campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you’ll assist with compiling reports, analysing trends, and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. Each responsibility is measurable through KPIs such as campaign performance metrics, budget efficiency, reporting accuracy, and contribution to overall marketing objectives.
In this role, staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates will be key, helping you support the success of each campaign and develop your expertise in digital advertising. Responsibilities:
* Assist in setting up and launching paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, ensuring accurate campaign structures, tracking, and targeting.
* Monitor live campaigns, flagging issues, suggesting improvements, and making data-driven recommendations to optimise performance.
* Track key metrics (impressions, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and support A/B testing of creatives, headlines, and audience segments to refine strategies and improve results.
* Help manage daily and weekly budget pacing, monitor bid strategies, and ensure campaigns remain within allocated spend limits.
* Support reporting by translating data into actionable insights, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams and assist senior members with campaign analysis, research, and ad hoc tasks, while staying updated on industry trends and emerging ad formats.
