Key duties & responsibilities Providing outstanding customer support over the phone and by email Accepting, processing and passing orders to the warehouse for dispatch General admin, including sorting delivery notes, scanning documents, sorting and distributing post, filing, data entry, etc Providing reception cover where required Representing the business with a positive and professional attitude Required qualifications, knowledge, experience & skills IT literate with strong knowledge of Word and Excel Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Quick and accurate typing skills Excellent time management and organisation skills Ability to work both on your own and within a team as required Excellent problem-solving abilities
