CNC Milling - Setter Operators and CNC Milling - Programmers
Position: Shift, Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hrs per week – 3 days
Days of work: Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Overtime: Available, Regular
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Benefits: Workplace pension, Shift Allowance, Individual Performance Bonus, Onsite Parking, and Regular overtime.
Setter / Operators - £30,000 to £38,000 per annum, + Overtime + Performance Bonus
Programmers - £38,000 to £45,000 per annum, + Overtime + Performance Bonus

We are a sub-contract precision engineering firm with over 90 employees & 42 CNC machines, mainly serving the motorsport & automotive industry. We have an excellent reputation in what we do and we always strive to improve.
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Miller Machinists to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining techniques, reading drawings, and the ability to work with various materials. You will ensure the machines run smoothly, maintain production standards, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This position requires expertise in CNC software, machine maintenance, and a commitment to safety and quality control.

Qualifications & Skills
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
· Demonstrate a sound knowledge of work holding, tool selection, speed & feeds, quality awareness and time management.
· Knowledge of CAD/CAM is an advantage (development and training can be provided)
· Be competent in Heidenheim/FANUC controls.
· Maintain a clean and safe environment.
· Work to tight deadlines.
· At times, be able to work “lone wolf” under pressure.
· To have a flexible approach.
