Our client, a well-established business experiencing growth, is looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Advisor to join their expanding team and their recently updated contact centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical support to Gas Safe registered engineers and end-users as part of the Service Technical team.
* Use your technical expertise to clearly interpret and explain complex information.
* Understand customer needs and offer professional, clear advice over the phone.
* Deliver world-class customer service while providing confident technical guidance.
* Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and excel in a target-driven environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
* GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English is required.
* A genuine passion for customer service, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and accurate fault diagnosis skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with working knowledge of Salesforce.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
* Product knowledge is a plus, but full product training will be provided.
