Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities
1. Operate various manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
4. Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in line with specifications.
5. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
2. Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is advantageous.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
4. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 45 per week
