Key Benefits: Full Time 9.00am-5.00pm, Free parking Private Medical Cover Company events Life Assurance Scheme Your Responsibilities Include: Managing the day-to-day bookkeeping activities across a portfolio of clients Sales ledger including raising invoices and credit control Purchase ledger including reconciling supplier statements Processing and reconciling bank transactions Preparing VAT returns Preparing and posting journals Making payments to suppliers and creditors Checking and processing expense claims Assisting with preparation of clients’ management accounts Assisting in budgeting and cash flow forecasts Payroll preparation and management Liaising and working directly with a range of external clients Providing administrative support internally to the company You will need: Experience in a similar role Experience in payroll preparation Excellent attention to detail Be able to work on your own initiative and independently Have good solid communication skills and confidence Familiar with Xero software Confidently use Sage Accounting and Payroll Part Qualified AAT Don’t wait around as this role will not be available for long.
