Required skills:
* Linux ( AWS) containerization including Docker and ideally Singularity
* Linux security including Linux namespaces, cgroups, apparmor, seccomp & capabilities
* Linux system administration
* Understanding of Linux file permissions and ACLs
* Software development in Python and C.
* We could have the second resource as a primary python developer with knowledge of AWS
* AWS EC2 and S3
* Ideally, IBM LSF
