Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Traffic Marshall for a long-term project in Glen Parva, Leicester. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining site safety, ensuring smooth traffic flow, and responding to fire safety needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage vehicle movement around the site, ensuring safety for all workers and visitors.
* Control access to and from the site, checking credentials and ensuring proper authorization.
* Monitor site entrances and exits, maintaining a log of all deliveries and vehicle movements.
* Coordinate with site management to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Provide clear communication and guidance to drivers and site workers.
Requirements:
* Valid Traffic Banksman card.
* Experience working with a Telehandler
* Previous experience working on construction sites.
* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
