As part of our commitment to SEND improvement we are seeking 4passionate, motivated individuals to join our team of Quality Assurance Managers within the SEND Assessment and Planning Service.
The roles are fixed termuntil 31 August 2025and are working across double district teams. Travel to other areas other than your usual base for meetings and/or training willalso be required.
Main Responsibilities
You'll ensure that:
* we produce good quality plans, deliver consistency across all districts,
* support co-production and promote collaborative working for all EHC Plans for Staffordshire's children and young people.
* support the SEND Family Practitioner Leadsto develop and sustain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the education, health and care needs assessment and review process.
* ensure that education, health and care plans comply with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements in addition to the policies, standards and procedures of the Authority.
The Ideal Candidate
This is a fast-paced role in which you will be required to manage your own caseload independently and as part of a team. The ability to reflect on practice and improve as a result is paramount.
