Your Role:
As the Document Controller / Site Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for organizing, managing, and distributing key project documents. You'll ensure smooth operations on-site by maintaining accurate records, supporting the site team, and keeping documentation up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all project documents, drawings, and reports
Ensure the right teams have access to the latest versions of documents
Track approvals, compliance records, and quality assurance documentation
Organise and maintain a structured digital and physical filing system
Assist with administrative tasks, site reports, and team coordination
Support the project team with document retrieval and control software (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore).
What We're Looking For:
Experience in document control or site administration within construction
Familiarity with document management systems and compliance tracking
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
