Our client based in Lymington has an immediate requirement for an efficient administrative co-ordinator to join their busy hire desk on a permanent basis.
The company hires out a range of technical products to the construction and civil engineering sectors, and it will be your job to provide good customer service and develop business by aiming to convert all enquiries into hire business, from both new and existing customers. You will be required to deal with all administrative work associated with the hires, keeping very accurate records.
We welcome applications from people who have recent administrative experience in busy office environments; you will also need very good attention to detail and strong communication skills.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 08.30 am till 17.30 pm, 40 hours per week. Starting salary will be up to £25k per annum dependent on experience.
Own transport essential due to remote location.
