We are now looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of engaging, effective, and visually compelling content for our clients.
Purpose of the Position
The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and data-driven marketing campaigns across social media platforms for TS Connect and its clients. This role requires a creative, analytical, and proactive individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy and client management.
Key Accountabilities
Content Creation & Strategy
* Supporting the delivery of effective, original, and engaging social media copy tailored to each client’s brand tone.
* Developing Instagram Stories, Reels, and interactive content to drive engagement and meet social KPIs.
* Collaborating with designers and external teams to ensure all content aligns with branding and campaign objectives.
Campaign & Account Management
* Managing client accounts in line with contract agreements for organic and paid social media campaigns.
* Attending creative ideation sessions to develop new campaign strategies.
* Providing end-of-campaign reports, analysing performance data, and offering insights and recommendations to clients.
* Identifying upsell opportunities and presenting additional services where beneficial.
Sense Checking & Liaising with Graphics Teams
* Ensuring all graphics content and advertising materials meet the required briefing parameters before they go live.
* Coordinating with graphics teams to quality-check deliverables, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Providing constructive feedback to refine content, design, and ad performance.
Social Media Expertise
* Keeping up to date with social media trends and best practices across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
* Maintaining a data-driven approach, tracking engagement and optimising performance to meet business and client goals.
Education, Experience & Knowledge
* Passionate about social media, with a strong grasp of current digital trends.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising (Meta Ads experience essential).
* Educated to a degree level (preferred) in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Strong background in creating engaging and standout content.
* Customer service experience with a focus on brand reputation.
* Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
