Your new role
This position requires a dynamic and proactive person with a can-do attitude to assist the Service Manager in overseeing administration assistance and support to all customers, engineering staff, and all others within the business to ensure that the levels of customer "aftercare" are achieved to the required company standards.
1. Providing coverage for helpdesk
2. Tracking engineer attendance to meet SLAs
3. Scheduling engineers efficiently and effectively
4. Ensuring calls are returned and handled promptly
5. Ensuring established procedures are followed

Experience in a similar role
Organisational skills
Ability to work on your own and without supervision
Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
Knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to work to deadlines
A sharp eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong IT skills
