Media Sales Consultant Location: Home/Field-Based (Weekly Meetings in Worcestershire) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (flexible start/finish times based on client needs) Salary: Up to £32,000 basic plus uncapped commissions Car Allowance Job Description This role is ideal for an experienced media sales professional with a background in print or digital sales. You will be responsible for managing your own territory, developing strong client relationships, and selling advertising solutions to a variety of businesses. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of clients, generating new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships. Sell print and digital advertising solutions, tailoring campaigns to client needs. Meet and exceed KPIs, which will be set according to warm/cold areas and geographic factors. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, building long-term partnerships. Attend weekly meetings at headquarters in Worcester (every Monday plus one additional day per week). Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance. Work flexibly to accommodate the schedules of different industries. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum of 6 months of media sales experience (ideally 2 years). Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a home/field-based role with regular travel.
