We are looking for an outgoing resourcer/bookings clerk/ admin assistant to join our growing team. The role mainly involves finding, securing and booking out tutors to work with children. This is a role that requires a lot of phone contact, so you should ideally be quite confident and enjoy talking over the phone.
There is also a lot of administration and work completed on the computer so you should be able to keep up with fast-paced work and able to use a range of Microsoft IT systems. It is not essential that you have direct experience in this type of role, but ultimately you would need to possess the drive and ambition to work within a fast paced role.

* Good attention to detail with speed and accuracy
* Good I.T. skills (we mostly use Microsoft packages such as Office and Excel)
* Efficient multi-tasking skills
* Some knowledge of the education sector
* Good time-management skills
