Administrator
Starting Salary: £23,740 to £25,989 per annum
Location: Create in the Community, main hub (IG11) and other community learning settings.
Contract: Permanent, (Term time + 2 weeks )
We are seeking an experienced school administrator to deliver all administrative aspects of the school under the direction of the School Business Manager, providing secretarial support to the teachers and Senior Leadership Team. You will ensure the smooth running of the administration office, model excellent relationships with pupils & parents and provide exemplary customer service to external visitors and stakeholders.
You will also be proficient in data management, the use of MIS systems, and skilled in Microsoft Excel.
TCES Create in the Community deliver bespoke learning and therapeutic interventions to neurodiverse pupils within community based settings, who have a range of complex needs, and who demonstrate behaviours linked to tier 3/4 traumas. Pupils are encouraged to find and express their creativity and provided opportunities to achieve awards, alongside traditional subjects, as they move from dependence on others to independence through intensive therapeutic interventions..

* Resilient and robust, role modelling outstanding professionalism .
* Demonstrable experience of inclusion, attendance or coordination within SEND, therapeutic or outreach education sector.
* Understanding of neurodiversity, including ASC and/or SEMH, and behaviour as a form of communication.
* Robust IT skills, with substantial experience in successfully engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven organisational skills, with ability to plan workloads, prioritise tasks and high levels of attention to detail .
* Proactive and innovative, collaborating with team members in other disciplines, whilst also with the ability to work flexibly and independently.
