An exciting opportunity has arisen within the People Services Transformation Team for a Project Support Officer. The People Services Transformation Team is one of the Cultural Transformation Teams within the People Directorate of the Humber & North Yorkshire ICB. The People Services Transformation Team leads on key workforce initiatives, working across the wider Humber and North Yorkshire system to enable efficiencies in ways of working to ensure that we meet the collective workforce challenges. The post holder will contribute to the smooth running of the People Services Transformation Team by providing project co-ordination and administrative services. The role offers a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to, supporting the development of services, assisting with the delivery and planning of current and new projects, organising meetings, supporting events/workshops and updating project reports, data collection and feedback collation. Role summary: Support the People Services Transformation Team to manage and lead on projects when required using defined project management principles. Support the facilitation and monitor progress of defined projects. Liaise with various stakeholders across the system to coordinate the timely sharing of information and updates on arrangements in relation to the progress of the projects. Participating in specific project meetings, taking minutes, actions, risks, and issues. Support the development of business cases, project initiation documents and presentations in-line with project management principles when required. Manage the People Services Transformation Team SharePoint site to ensure access lists are appropriate and information governance standards are maintained. Work with partners and stakeholders to support system working and system wide delivery. This will entail: Understanding the current and future workstreams within the People Services Transformation Team and wider People Function Undertake preliminary scoping of each event/activities requirements, resources, stakeholder and timelines. Oversee projects, activities, including stakeholder/system communications Promote the highest level of professionalism and communication skills to represent the ICB and People Team in the best possible light. To produce evaluation reports. This may include an event review but also qualitative and quantitative data report that can be drawn on by the respective workstream for delivery purposes. Organising meetings including participation, agenda setting, note taking, maintaining actions logs and risks/issues log. Working across all teams within the ICB People Team the post holder will also provide additional ongoing project management support to each of the programmes to support the delivery of their objectives. This will entail leading discreet complex, timebound, projects to bolster the project management resource in the overall People Team to meet the peeks in service activity.
