You are an experienced Document Controller with a proven track record of working on large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects. You have excellent knowledge of managing both design and supplier/vendor documentation using an industry-standard document control system such as Oracle Aconex. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. With strong communication skills, you are able to expedite the flow of technical information, facilitate smooth collaboration across teams, and ensure accuracy in documentation processes. You also have experience performing quality checks on documents and are comfortable preparing deliverable registers and maintaining distribution matrices. About the Role
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lead Document Controller and Project Controls Manager on a major LNG expansion project. You will manage the administration and control of project documentation, ensuring seamless communication across multiple teams and work packages. Key responsibilities include expediting the flow of technical and project information, maintaining the Aconex system to capture all relevant documentation, and performing quality checks on project deliverables. You will be responsible for registering, tracking, and distributing documents from various sources, including contractors, suppliers, and third parties. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive reporting, maintain the distribution matrix, and support the handover and archive process to ensure proper project closure.
