As the Regional Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, reporting directly to the Head of Quality. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care and nursing at Brandon and be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our registered nurses.
Basic salary of £55,603 per year.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of operational management experience with a successful track record of leadership.
2. Current registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC).
3. Experience in clinical supervision of trained Nurses.
4. Developing and delivering high-quality new services and transforming services.
5. Commercial awareness, business development, contract management, and strong financial management skills.
6. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
7. A positive approach towards working with people with learning disabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Inspire and manage a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
2. Provide clinical management and leadership to the area nursing team.
3. Co-ordinate and deploy area resources in the most optimal way, responding to need and in compliance with good governance.
4. Implement processes that support managers to fulfil their responsibilities in relation to Health and Safety regulations.
5. Co-ordinate, respond to, and satisfactorily manage complaints.
6. Champion people supported by Brandon to be involved every day in directing and influencing the nature of the service they receive across all services.
7. Ensure that the pursuit of person-centered approaches are key elements of Brandon’s overall strategy and service delivery.
8. Ensure actions derived from customer surveys and voices events are kept live and actioned.
9. Promote effective engagement with and involvement of staff, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
