Inside Sales - Account Manager
Location - Crick Northampton
On site - Monday - Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + commission.
Disrupt Talent has a really exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Account Manager looking to take their career to the next level. This is a brand new role that has been created due to growth and expansion of the organisation's international sales and customer service function. The business is the Market Leader in Grinding Solutions and System Provider for the Construction Industry.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for sales. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop/maintain strong customer relations and a deep understanding of market needs and competitive offerings.
2. Identify new opportunities and work with the organization to position solutions to meet/exceed customer needs and competitive offerings.
3. Achieve annual revenue and profit growth targets for assigned accounts.
4. Increase market share with existing customers by developing value-added solutions to address customer needs.
5. Document and manage opportunities in the CRM tool.
6. Develop and implement account growth plans that support the Company’s objectives and sales goals.
7. Meet reporting requirements.
8. Increase brand awareness and value by representing the business at local and national industry trade shows and events as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue.
2. Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within the CRM system.
3. Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities.

1. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
