This national organisation who I am working with are looking to set up a base in the South West and are looking for an Area Manager to oversee their operations from their Bristol office. They will need this person to have experience of Maintenance (commercial preferably), understanding of profit & loss and an operational background.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to have ownership over their existing client base, drive growth and contribute to the overall success of the business. They will also offer a Company Van and a flexible working schedule which can involve working from home.
The salary for this role is £35,000 + Company Van.
Responsibilities of the Area Manager role:
* Compiling Building Contracts alongside Development Agreements
* Preparation of tender documentation for submission to contractors, analysis of tender returns and reporting
* To support Senior Surveying staff members in the delivery of Project Manager & Employer's Agent instructions
* Preparation of Specification, preliminary documents and Employers Requirements/design briefs
* Promote the consultancy services to potential clients and stakeholders
* Chairing Meetings and preparation of Meeting Minutes, planning and records
