Job Description
Our client is a global provider of safety, compliance, and competency services, delivering innovative training and management solutions across various safety-critical industries.
They require a regional Solutions Manager to join their team to maximize revenue and create new business opportunities with existing and new clients in the UK and internationally through current, customized, and new products and services. This is a full time, permanent role based in either the Teeside or Derby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities with potential new clients, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Devise solution-based proposals that meet clients' requirements and objectives, creating mutual opportunities for growth.
* Identify tender opportunities and implement a process to ensure all pre-requisites are met in a timely manner.
* Achieve revenue and sales targets in line with company objectives.
* Develop collaborative working practices between commercial and operational teams.
* Maximize client retention by ensuring regular internal and external client debriefs.
* Utilize in-depth market and competitor knowledge to effectively present the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
* Forecast revenue growth potential and implement plans to achieve targets.
* Represent the company at promotional events, conferences, industry functions, and trade or industry body events in the UK and internationally.
* Create weekly, monthly, and annual technical business reports, including revenue versus budget by product and client, pipeline, project conversion, and utilization/fill rates.
* Report any incidents, accidents, and near misses in accordance with the company's incident policy.
* Comply with all policies and procedures to protect the health, safety, and welfare of employees and clients.
* Ensure that health and safety equipment is maintained and used appropriately.
* Attend all mandatory training related to fire, health and safety, manual handling, and quality procedures.

Qualifications:
* Higher Education Level – HND / BSc / BA or proven demonstrable experience in a similar role.
* Full UK Driving License.
Salary / benefits:
* £30,000 - £45,000
* Bonus scheme
