MARKETING MANAGER / RUNCORN / £60,000 per annum (OTE £75,000) DCBL, the company behind the award-winning TV series Cant Pay, well take it away are expanding rapidly and are now seeking a Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for capitalising on our well-established brand, and maximising growth opportunities through both digital and offline marketing channels. You will drive commercial success through paid media, social awareness, email marketing, and PR activities. Whats on Offer? Rapidly expanding multi-functional department with plenty of opportunity for progression Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels to support business growth, and brand awareness. Manage email marketing campaigns and create a content calendar to ensure alignment with key goals which includes, PPC, SEO, social media. Build and maintain relationships with all external partners including but not limited to PR agencies, web developers and multiple lead generation partners. Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including ad campaigns and event promotions. Oversee the marketing budgets, and track performance for continuous improvement and provide recommendations to the board. Manage priorities and projects across the team. Oversee the production of written material for blogs, advertising, articles, and press releases. Translate and adapt the marketing strategy using the company's current marketing data to grow client and referral base. Lead and manage the design process of all digital marketing and written content (newsletters, brochure production, POS guides, handbooks, etc.). Work with and build good working relationships with internal teams. Skills & Experience Required: 2 years B2B experience within a Senior or Marketing Managers position. Ability to manage and lead teams within multi-channel marketing. Proven Campaign management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience managing high value budget.
