Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Ambleside
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and wider Senior Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the CEO's schedule, overseeing Board and Committee meeting logistics as well as supporting CEO led events and projects.
This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy, highly organised and able to prioritise proactively. You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Experience:
* Experience of working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Senior Executive.
* Experience of supporting Boards.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience of budget management.
* Experience of organising events.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to meet timescales and deliverables.
* Well-developed communication/interpersonal skills and excellent presentational abilities, both written and oral.
* Ability to maintain high standard work practices and ensure integrity, respect, and confidentiality.
* Professional and confident approach when dealing with people – internally and externally.
* Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as part of a team or alone and a customer-focused, positive, and can-do attitude are important.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), CRM databases and virtual meeting products.
