Responsibilities
1. Budget & Cost Control: Oversee project finances, monitor spending, and manage forecasts.
2. Procurement & Contracts: Negotiate terms, assess tenders, and secure competitive agreements.
3. Subcontractor Management: Place orders, review valuations, and track payments.
4. Performance & Risk Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
5. Collaboration: Work alongside construction, finance, and design teams to drive project success.
What We're Looking For
6. Proven QS experience in construction.
7. Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
8. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
