JOB DESCRIPTION
Have you got experience working in a busy bar or restaurant? Are you a great team player?
We have a vacancy for a hospitality team leader to join Genting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of our bar/restaurant, supporting and motivating colleagues.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with company standards, food health and hygiene procedures and legislation and licencing laws at all times.
* Manage and develop the team members effectively, always encouraging a customer-focused attitude.
* Adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including shift changes.
* Positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities.
* Maintain all bar and restaurant stock levels as required.
* Self-motivated, driven and passionate about delivering a high-quality service for our customers.
* Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Previous supervisory experience in a busy bar is essential.
* Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
