We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer with expertise in Claroty to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying, managing, and optimizing Claroty’s solutions within our Operational Technology (OT) environment. This position involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of critical OT systems while supporting broader cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy and Configure Claroty solutions for OT Asset Inventory management, network monitoring and vulnerability management.
* Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in OT systems and networks.
* Monitor and manage security events, incidents, and alerts within the Claroty platform.
* Implement and optimize Claroty security policies, rules, and monitoring capabilities for OT environments.
* Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure seamless integration of Claroty solutions with existing systems.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Claroty systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Participate in incident response and assist in root cause analysis and remediation efforts for OT security incidents.
* Assist with regulatory compliance efforts (such as NIST, ISO 27001) and industry best practices for OT security.
* Create and deliver training and documentation on Claroty system usage and best practices for OT security.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Claroty solutions in an OT environment.
* Strong understanding of OT networks, ICS, and SCADA systems.
* Hands-on experience with network security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, etc.) and their application in OT environments.
* Experience in incident response and risk mitigation strategies for OT systems.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISA.
* Experience with other OT security solutions (e.g., Tenable, Darktrace).
* Knowledge of cloud security, data protection, and automation in the OT context.
