Part Time Business Support Assistant
£24,000 pro rata
Hours 12pm-4pm Mon-Fri
Cheltenham Town Centre
As a member of the Business Support Team, you will be involved in a wide and varied set of activities to support the effective and efficient running of business support services.
You will act as the Company’s main support for the opening, scanning and distribution of incoming post and ensure all outgoing post is processed for collection. You will provide reception cover when required, greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner along with assisting with inbound telephone calls to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main support for incoming and outgoing post
* Provide reception cover and assist with inbound telephone calls
* Perform general office administration tasks including data entry, photocopying, drafting letters/emails, and scheduling meetings
Qualifications:
* Experience of working in a solicitor’s practice or professional environment desirable but not essential
* Previous experience of reception duties and IT problem solving desirable but not essential
* Excellent general office administration skills
