Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Extra Care Sheltered Housing Project
Location: Enfield Civic Centre
Rate: £31.04
What will your responsibilities be?
You will undertake Care Act assessments and review needs, with a primary focus on the Extra Care Sheltered Housing Project. Additionally, you will handle some generic Care Management work/cases. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive care and support to the community’s adults. The project is initially set for a duration of 3 months.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have proven experience in Adult Social Care, the ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and reviews, and experience with Care Management tasks. Additionally, you need to have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
