Job Title: Store/Parts Manager
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary Type: Weekly wages
Excel Industrial is seeking an experienced Store/Parts Manager to join growing team in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in managing stock and parts in an industrial environment. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring the efficient management of parts inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the store/parts department.
* Oversee inventory control, stock management, and ordering of parts.
* Ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
* Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety within the store area.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient parts availability.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store/Parts Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of inventory management software or systems is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* FLT Licence is a plus (training can be provided if required).
