Job Description
1. Develop accurate assessment of monthly results and provide robust data & analytics to drive performance management.
2. Own the budgeting and forecasting processes for the UK business unit.
3. Lead insightful, fact-based decision-making through objective analysis and knowledge of our consumers and customers within the UK team.
4. Provide an unbiased view of business risks and opportunities and evaluate trade-offs considering both short-term and long-term business targets.
5. Review performance versus plans and understand variances to ensure appropriate actionable interventions to accelerate results or address issues.
6. Lead development of robust business cases to accelerate profitable growth through evaluating alternatives, key assumptions and ensure plans are aligned with relevant strategies.
7. Ensure various areas of investment are being optimized and managed according to strategic priorities.
8. Implement continuous improvement principles and simplification to improve financial/business processes in collaboration with the EMEA finance team.
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelors Degree.
2. ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
3. Significant post-qualified experience in a large corporate environment.
4. Team player with experience leading a small team.
5. Superb analytical/quantitative and communication skills and strong executive presence.
6. Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
7. Demonstrates thought leadership and manages relationships with business partners.
